Sarah joined Chessington Surveyors in 2010 and has established herself as a leading residential surveyor in Surrey. With a BSc in Building Surveying and chartered status with both RICS and CIOB, Sarah specialises in homebuyer reports, party wall services, and project management for residential developments.
Sarah's particular expertise includes modern construction methods, energy efficiency assessments, and helping first-time buyers navigate the survey process. She is known for her clear communication and practical advice that helps clients understand their property investments.
James Robinson

James is the newest addition to our team, having graduated with distinction from his MSc in Building Surveying. Currently working toward full RICS chartered status under the mentorship of David and Sarah, James brings fresh perspective and the latest industry knowledge to our Surrey surveying practice.
James specialises in digital surveying techniques, thermal imaging assessments, and sustainability evaluations. His expertise with modern surveying technology and building regulations makes him invaluable for contemporary property assessments and environmental compliance surveys.
